whyte: A Café with sandwiches while you get your hair done

Whyte Cafe Harajuku Tokyo Japan

whyte is a teeny-tiny little cafe and hair salon with delicious gourmet sandwiches, tucked away in fashionable Harajuku.

Yep. A cafe combined with a beauty salon — in Harajuku. But it’s so unassuming you’d miss it if you didn’t know precisely where to find it.

It almost looks like maybe the shop was a house before? It doesn’t matter, the sandwiches are immensely delicious here.

As a man, I can appreciate a quick bite while I wait for my wife.

And my wife enjoys it when she’s stuck waiting for color, perms, treatments, and whatever else women endure at the beauty salon for hours. 🙂

How much does Whyte cost?

+Expect to pay about ¥1,000 per person – for food. The beauty salon part of course is up to what you get done. They do accept AMEX card.
